How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers. For yacht charters and special events, 48-72 hours is preferred. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Corporate accounts with monthly billing are available for business clients.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, modifications and cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the scheduled service for ground transportation, and 48 hours for yacht charters.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide complimentary child and infant seats upon request. Please specify ages when booking so we can prepare the appropriate equipment.
